Delicious Choco - nilla Lavaish cake

INGREDIENTS
cooking spray 
2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour, or more as needed 
1 cup white sugar 
1 tablespoon baking powder 
1 tablespoon vanilla extract 
2 pinches salt 
3 eggs
¾ cup milk 
¾ cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a cake tin with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.

  2. Get a large bowl and mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt together. Add vegetable oil, milk and eggs; mix by hand or use an electric mixer on low speed.

  3. If your batter is too runny, then add a little more flour.

    1. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Run a table knife around the edges to loosen. Invert cake carefully onto a cooling rack. Let cool completely.

  4. 1 cup sifted all - purpose flour 

  5. 1/3 sifted cup cocoa 1 cup sugar

  6. 1/3 softened cup butter 

  7. 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs (lightly beaten)

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease and flour or line a cake tin and set aside.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and using a mixer and mix on high for 4 minutes.




Pour into cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the centre.
Go ahead and melt a lot of chocolate bars or your favourite candy like skittles or a few bags of marshmallows to use as your filling. You can add some food colouring to it or some nuts or sprinkles to the filling

TIME TO ASSEMBLE

Choose any flavour and make another batch of it.
The flavour you doubled, lay it first then the your filling.
Make sure to add a whole lot of your filling to achieve that lavaish cake goal.
Add the second flavour, then a heep of your filling then the last layer.
Now you can use your filling to spread on the cake.
