CHEESY AMAZING Homemade Pasta

 Hey, everybody

I will be showing you guys how to make homemade spaghetti, the cheesiest you will ever see.








First step

Get some raw pasta sticks and blend







Step 2

Pour the grinded pasta on a floured or oiled counter

Make a hole in the middle

and break an egg or two in the middle 

Make sure you whisk the egg in the middle






Step 3

Rub some olive oil on your hands, then knead

You can rub olive oil on your rolling pin as well





Step 4

Cut it in any shape or length








WHAT WILL I NEED TO MAKE THIS CHEESY GOODNESS


Ingredients :

  1. Chicken Breasts - slice into bitesize chunks
  2. Sausages - slice thinly
  3. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 red bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
  6. 1 yellow bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
  7. pinch of salt and pepper
  8. garlic (peeled and minced)
  9. 1 tbsp tomato puree
  10. 1/2 dried oregano
  11. 1/2 dried thyme
  12. tinned chopped tomatoes
  13. fresh baby spinach
  14. thinly chopped sausages or bacon
  15. strong cheddar cheese - grated
  16. mozzerella - grated
  17. Small bunch parsley - roughly torn
  • Preheat the oven to 190c/375f. Boil a large pan of water and cook the pasta for 1 minute less than recommended on the pack. Drain.
  • Whilst the pasta is cooking, heat the oil on a medium heat, in a large frying pan. Add the chicken, and cook until just sealed - about 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened.
  • Add the chopped peppers, salt, pepper, garlic, tomato puree, oregano and thyme. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the tinned tomatoes and cream, bring to a gentle bubble, then add the pasta, spinach and cooked bacon. Stir everything together, then transfer to a large baking dish.
  • Top with the cheddar and mozzarella,and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Take out of the oven and top with parsley before serving.
